Saturday Morning During Rehearsal — Tent Decorating and Florist Setup

While rehearsal is happening at the church, helpers at the house can begin decorating and styling the tent. The florist is expected Saturday, but the arrival time still needs to be confirmed. If the florist arrives during rehearsal, direct them to Trinity.

10:00 AM — Brunch

Deb and Will will pick up the lobster rolls from Mountain’s Market and help oversee brunch. The Chambers House is next door to the couple’s house/reception site at 105 Larrabee Farm Road.

1:00 PM–2:00 PM — Wedding Ceremony

Small wedding ceremony with family and close guests. The ceremony is expected to last approximately one hour.

2:00 PM–2:30 PM — Travel from Church to Reception

Travel from the church to the reception site takes approximately 30 minutes. Post-ceremony photos will happen at the house, not at the church.

2:30 PM — Arrival at the House / Post-Ceremony Photos Begin

5:00 PM — Grace, Family Thank-You, and Dinner
